Return Policy

We hope that you are always completely satisfied with your Hongproductsusa.com purchase. However, we do accept returns of unused items purchased on the website within 30 days of the ship date. Please follow the return instructions on the packing slip included with your order. We cannot accept an item that has been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Packages must be returned prepaid with trackable labels. Refunds are made to the original form of payment once the returned product is received.

Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We are unable to accept the return of Hong Products USA products purchased from our retail partners.
